I had to write to tell you how fantastic I thought your production of Dracula was the other day. A breath of real Spain, and a break from humdrum routine mid-term was definitely not a bad thing! The performances were superb, the energy on stage is stunning. There was a genuinely charged atmosphere in the audience at times...! You also manage very cleverly to tread the tricky tightrope between oversimplified language for the novices, and baffling colloquialisms that leave us all floundering. As the tale unfolded with the train chugging across Transilvania you could feel the tension mounting, but nobody got lost. Brilliant stuff. I hope you’re coming back to the area again next year.

Ben Fell, Uppingham School

“A magical evening of superb acting, slick timing, catchy music and really, great fun, all perfectly aimed at its audience. Thank you again for a fabulous evening’s entertainment. (Given that half of the audience don’t speak Spanish at all, your achievement is to be congratulated even more). By the way our stage crew thought it was the best thing that had happened to them yet.”

Jane Emerson, Head of Spanish, Milton Abbey School

“Many thanks for making the trip north to our school. The children all enjoyed ‘Drákula’ immensely and have talked about it a lot since. Many non-linguist staff were amazed at how well the children could follow what was happening on stage and everyone was impressed with the professional production you put on. Most of our audience had only been studying Spanish since September, only two terms, and yet they were able to keep up with the story. Several children commented that it was the best thing they had ever seen and that it was just ‘brilliant’.”

Barbara Harper, Teacher in charge of Spanish, Prince Henry’s Grammar School, West Yorkshire.

“Thank you so much for such an excellent show. We very much look forward to your next U.K. tour.”

J. Chidgey, Head of Spanish, Queen’s College, Taunton.

“Thanks again for an extremely enjoyable evening.”

Dr. P. T. Such, Head of Modern Languages, Sherborne School, Dorset.

“When I read Dracula I imagined that the performance will be serious, dreadful and even bored. But the surprise arrived when I entered in the theatre, all for me was a surprise. The show was entertaining, amusing and sometimes it was of fear and mysterious. This is an exelent performance who a lot of people can enjoy yourself so I recoment it. I would to congratulate everybody who have done possible the play then it’s very, very, very good, thank you for it made me very happy that day.”

I.E.S. Ciutat de Balaguer, Lérida.

“I thought the play was amazing. If any other product of this company comes out I will certainly see it.”

Sherborne School, Dorset

“The effects were really good, the dancing and singing made it fun.” “Scary.” “Excellent, special effects were brilliant.”

Mounts Bay School, Cornwall
